Insight Diagnostics stops at 94%

Hi all,

I've a ML350 G4 here running Windows Server 2003 Std which reacts very slowly
after startup. I tried running HP Insight Diagnostics (Online Edition for
Windows, Version 7.9.0.2359) but it stops responding at 94% in the hardware scanning part.

Does anyone has an idea what might cause the issue(s)?

Hello Florian,
Try the Same with the Minimum configuration.
One Processor, no PCI, min Memory. See how it goes.

Also, Make sure the Server is on the latest Firmware & PSP.

just in case update Insight diagnostics

if that does not work, yes follow Happy Dude recommendation

the issue I had was server needed System ROM firmware update
