Insight Manager Agents won't run correctly

After installing 6.10 my IMA wont display their web page. I get 'Error 10' Win32 Web agents subsystem. If I disable all agents in the Control Panel app the page displays but with no insight information. I get past the login screen and can see the survey and VCA.

Enabling the basics - Host / OS etc results in the webpages displaying 'gathering data' forever.

The customer is running NT4 / SP6a - we have built a completely basic box with no apps (includes IIS) except to upgrade the browser to 5.5.

Any clues? We are trying 6.2 as I speak but I'm not hopeful

The first thing I would do is Uninstall, reboot, then reinstall the agents.

We have already done that - several times. Last try was a completely new build.I have also tried different versions from 5.5 on. I suspect it is something in their auto-build system so I will have a look @ that today. They seem to be able to go directly from NT4.0 SP1 to SP6a in one hit. I could never do that in the past so I'm wondering if this is worth a try.
