Insight Manager/Drive Problem

We are experiencing a problem with insight manager reporting some drive as being in a state of needing replaced, we have upgraded the firmware on the drives and the problem persists. The drives work fine, and there are no idicator lights on the drive indicating they are bad. We have attempted to replace the drive with no luck. The drives are 18.2gig wide ultra scsi, the replacement part # is 104660-001. Any help would be apprecaited. So to sum it up, drives show up yellow in insight manager, no indication the drives are bad on themselves, and firmware has no helped.

What version of CIM and CIM server Agents are you running ?
