Insight Manager Temp thresholds (DL 380)

Hi,
Quick question regarding insight manager and DL 380.
I know the high temp threshold depends on the component it is monitoring (each have different values) but I am wondering is there a way to determine the lower temp threshold limit?

Also when looking at IM environment information all temp sensors shows an "OK" status. Now if I look at the sensor information I see "temperature" "threshold" and "type". What does the "type" represent? Currently it says caution; does this mean when the temp reaches the threshold it will hit the caution level?
