Install IBM/Seagate STD224000N on DL380

I have a problem with detect my /dev/st0. On boot smart array tell SCSI port #1 ID 4 but nothing else. When i install a pci AHA 2940 my tape work fine but i want to use internal controller on port #1 instead other controller.

folder ccsci not exist. i have DL380 G1 not G3
