Install OS in Proliant ML330 but I get no Hard Disk Found.

I just purchased a Proliant ML330 server with no OS installed for one of our clients. We want to install NT4 Terminal Services on it for now because thats all they have license for at this time. When I first tried to install from the NT CD's it tells me no hard drive found. When I try to use the SmartStart for Servers CD it tell me the CD is not bootable. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any info.

Could be a couple of things.
Have you installed a raid card on your own? If so, have you moved the scsi cable to the right card?

Is the scsi cable attached ok?

The termination on the disk(s)and CD, is it set OK?

I talked to Hp support and found out that the Smartstart CD does not have the correct software on it. They do not know how that happened.
