Install Oracle Linux 7.1

I have an HPE ProLiant ML30 Gen9 server on which I want to install Oracle Linux 7.1 what is the procedure ?, is it possible?

Doesn't appear the ML30 Gen9 is listed as a certified platform for OEL

RHEL 7.2 shows to be the minimum supported version for Red Hat and CentOS on this server
