Install VMWare esxi 3.5.0 on HP ML350 G3

I had installed VMWare esxi 3.5.0_Update_5-207095, With two host - Server 2008 Bit and Server 2003 SBS. Both had LAN Issue.(LAN driver not taken in server 2008 and in server 2003 LAN speed was 10Mbps) So I tried to update VMware 3.5 with Infrastructure that was not succeeded. Then decided to install stand alone SBS 2003.

 

What would be the best solution, Should I try back to install VMWare or Standalone SBS 2003.

Honestly speaking... that server model is not ideal for any virtualization platform. You'd be better off with a physical installation of Windows.

Do you need 2 Windows servers? How is the second server going to be used?

When you installed Windows as Virtual Machines, did you install the VMware Tools afterwards?
