Install W2k pro on proliant servers

I am trying to install Windows 2000 Professional on a DL 360 Proliant server. In Smart start there is no option for windows 2000 Professional. Can I do this?

You can but you wont be able to do it via smartstart. Basically that means you install it like a normall desktop. You'll run into problems for diags,drivers ect, but i did it once to see what happened on a dl360 and it was ok.. At the end of the day Compaq servers support server os.hope this helps.
