Install WinXP Pro on ML150 G5 with SA E200 Controller
Hi,
I am trying to install Windows XP Professional 32bit on HP Proliant ML150 G5 Server. What I did is, I use nlite version 1.4.9.1 to embed the Smart Array E200 Controller driver in the windows XP Installation CD.
I tried to use these drivers:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3580609&prodNameId=3580646&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-75510b2b1248405cb6915c29f8
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3182559&prodTypeId=329290&prodSeriesId=1157688&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1005
When I installed the Windows XP Pro together with the embedded driver, I got this error " Could not found HpCISSs2.sys"
Could anyone help me how to fix this problem?

Re: Install WinXP Pro on ML150 G5 with SA E200 Controller
nlite is a kids toy, not a supported Enterprise Deployment Tool and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if odd stuff like this happens, how many kids have Proliants to test nlite with?
Download cp010754.exe, extract it to the root of a floppy, reboot your Proliant with a real XP cdrom, press F6 when it asks to load any additional storage drivers and select the one on your floppy.
