Install Windows 2003 with Cluster on CL380G1

Dear all,
I'm going to do the OS upgrade on CL380G1 from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 on the CL380. What do I need to know before doing this upgrade?. Please let me know so I can have everything ready for next weekend upgrade
