Install of NW 6.5 SP8 freeze on HP ProLiant M115 G5 server

Hello, I buy HP ProLiant M115 G5 server with Quad-Core AMD Opteron processor, chipset nVidia NFP3400, 4 GB RAM, 250 GB SATA disk. I am trying to install Novell NetWare 6.5 SP8 from bootable DVD, but I have big problems with it. After running install process, installer detected device about 20 minutes(!), then it found ACPIDRV.PSM. When I confirm to continue, installer says "Loading driver", then installer again waits for 20 minutes. After that installer detected storage device and network controler. Then I see only grey screen, where is nothing. Keyboard nor mouse not working. So I must reset server and install again and fail again. :( A found something similar in this thread, but I am even unable to start serer manualy, becase I cannot even choose, which type of server I want to install. Can somebody help? NetWare was too expensive to put it in the trash.
