Install to Integrated Smart Array Controller

I've got the DL580 w/

2GB RAM
Integrated SA Controller (2 @ 18.2GB RAID 1)
Two SA4200 Controllers (2 StorageWorks @ 14 I 18.2GB RAID 0 + 1)

Attempting to install RH6.2 & am getting error that there are no supported drives to create the file system on. Is there an updated driver to support the Integrated controller? Can I install to the SA4200 & then rebuild the kernel to support the integrated controller?

HELP!!
Thanks,
KLC

Re: Install to Integrated Smart Array Controller

You need to run the Compaq system configuration program and set the boot controller order. Make sure the array controller is set as 1st. Save the new hardware configuration to CMOS. You also have to run the Compaq array configuration utility and create a logical array volume on the array of hard drives before you try to install the SO. See this web page for information on installing and using Linux on Compaq systems.
