Install win2003 on ML150

I try to install windows 2003 from windows 2003 Cd bu it says that tere is no hard disk found ,
I have 2 SATA Harddisks , How i can make windows see them , the server have no floppy drives , Is there is any smart start cd ( ihave Smart cd which come with server bu it is digonestice CD not for isnatll Os, )
