Installation of 4 HDD on new Proliant

We just bought a new Proliant ML350 with 3 hot plug HDD 18 Gb windows 2000 server pre-installed and want to add a 4th HDD.

What's the best solution for first installation:
- Plug the 4th HDD and run the installation .
- or run first the installation whith the 3 HDD and then after when all is
configured add the 4th HDD . Will this 4th HDD be recognise and add to
the first logical drive

If you havent installed your operating system yet on this server, just add the HD and then run the Smart start cd which will configure and install your operating system using all 4 drives. If you already have your OS installed, you can add the hd but will have to create another logical drive for it as Windows 2000 does not support the Dynamic extension of the logical drive.
