Installed Larger drives, need to increase size of the array

I have a ML310 G5 with the on-board SATA Raid controller.  I had 2 250 GB drives and installed 2 750 gb drives.  The array rebuilt its self but now I need to increase the capacity of the array.  I can not find a solution in any documentation.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume you are running windows.  Just launch the HP Array Configuration Utility in Windows.  You should be able to expand the array, and then expand the logical drive.

The ACU does not recognize the on board raid controller.

Array expansion is not supported on that controller

What course of action do I do?  Copy everything off the array, delete it, reconfigure it and copy it back?

pretty much. Backup, reconfigure array, install base OS, then restore

If you don't have Acronis, maybe a time limited demo version might be able to handle the image and restore. That'd be a fairly easy method, even if it does involve some down time.
