Installing Dl 380 G4 server

WE have just received a new server i would like to install windows 2003 ent. how can i start the installation

Hi Jason

you can use the smartstart CD which comes along with the sever to install the operating system. boot the server using smartstart CD.

If you have a array controller, press F9 and go to the RBSU and select the Array controller as your boot controller.

Boot the server from SmartStart CD. Run Array Configration Utility to create a array and a logical drive. (if you have a array controller)

Then proceed with the installation using the Smart Start.
