Installing Hyper-V on BL460c

I have installed Server 2008 Enterprise Edition with Hyper-V on a BL460c server. I get the control panel object and can successfully create a VM, however the Guest cannot start. I says the hypervisor is not running. see attached error

Hi Sam

did you enable Intel Virtualization and No-Execute Memory Protection? in BIOS?

also don't forget to have latest System ROM in order to have all options available
