Installing Intel SRCU32 Raid Cont.

Can not get this card to install on my DL140. Bios won't see it, 4 repeatative beeps frm card after bios initializes and Server 2003 can't find or load the driver. Have also tried 2 Megatrends SCSI cards with the same results.
