Installing ML 150 G3 server

Can someone help? i have tried all i could including enabling RAID 1 and creating array on two of the harddisk and marking an nlitewin 2003 server unattended OS but i cant still load OS on the server. I configured RAID on LSI logic and not HP embeded raid controller, is this where my problem lies.
