Installing NT4 on a DL380 G4

Unfortunately my company has no plans of getting rid of NT4 in the near future and I am stuck trying to find out a remedy for our problem. We currently use DL380 G3's but have gotten in about 100 DL380G4's, which do not support NT.

Does anyone out there know if there is a RAID card I can install in these servers to get NT to load or if it is even possible? Please help!!

Both the 6400 and the 641/642 will work in this server and has NT4 driver support.

Who are these cards made by? I'm trying an Adaptec 39320R now and I am able to load the RAID driver and as soon as NT is about to load, the systems just reboots. Tried different ways to no avail. If you could please let me know who makes the cards you listed, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

HP makes these cards. If you go to the quickspecs for this server you'll see these controllers listed as supported options:
