Installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux V3 on to a DL320 G5
I am looking for resources to be able to get Red Hat Enterprise Linux V 3 ES to install on a new DL320 G5 server. The Smart Start CD does not seem to support Linux. When I boot from the Red Hat CD it doesn't find the Hard Drives. It does give me the option to load an unlisted driver. I believe I found the driver for the Smart Array E200 but the server doesn't have a floppy drive and the Red Hat CD doesn't seem to recognize a USB flash drive.

Re: Installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux V3 on to a DL320 G5
You need to provide the driver for the SmartArray in a diskette:
Driver Diskette for HP ProLiant Smart Array Controller (x86) for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 (x86)

The floppy drive in this model (like all G5 servers) is optional.
