Installing SBS 2003 on ML 115

ok, so I'm trying to install 2003 SMB R2, on my ML 115.
The machine boots from the cd, and can see my disks. I pick one, and it formats it, and copies across all thes it needs. It then reboots and I get the message 'unable to find operating system' or 'invalid operating system' (i forget which) - and I am left with an unbootable machine.

Any thoughts?

Re: Installing SBS 2003 on ML 115

Hi,
Please confirm if you are trying to use the onboard controller(SATA) and if you are are planning to configure RAID?
if not, disable the SATA raid in the Bios:
advanced - ATA/IDE Configuration>Enhanced field.
# Set the Configure SATA field to Disabled
and install the OS,
If you intend to enable RAID, enable the option in BIOS and during the windows installation process press F6 and provide the controller driver.

Hi,

Nope, not planning on using Raid, and it's disabled in the bios.

Thanks
