Installing W2K Server G3 DL380

Hi all - Using the new HP Smart Start 6.0 to install W2K Server. It copies the files from the OS cd okay but during the actual installation it seems to hang on "Setup is starting Windows 2000". 512MB ram single 2.4 Xeon processor. Any know if this is a known issue? What's the fix? Thanks in advance.
