Installing Win2003 on HP Proliant ML370 G4 using Smart Start 7.20

every thing is working normally

but during the last step "configure system" the coping data files takes two hours till now and still running. is it normal?

Was that after you put in the Windows CD?

Maybe there is something wrong with that disc.

Why are you using such an old smartstart?

As far as the release notes goes for SmartStart 8.40 - it should work.

solved after use smart start 8.40

I would going to say use 8.40.
