Installing Windows Server 2003 on Cisco branded Proliant DL320 G4

We have an HP Proliant DL320 G4 server that we would like to re purpose but I have been unsuccessful installing Windows Sever 2003 on the RAID.

I found the Array configuration guide and I am able to work with the embedded RAID controller before booting to anything.

I found the SmartStart CD version 8.0 which seems promising but does not recognize the RAID.

When I try to load Windows Server 2003 with the CD I get stopped with floppy drive errors.

What am I doing wrong and how do I get the OS loaded using RAID 1?
