Installing additional HDD

I have ProLaint 3000 with 3 ultra-wide SCSI HDD of 9.1GB each configured on RAID 5. I want to add 1 new Compaq compatible HDD of 9.1GB alongwith the existing HDDs. Please give me complete steps to go about, that, it does not affect the current parity,array, RAID and the disk space is increased.

I kind a have the same scenario except for the drive sizes and I'm doing it on a server that has NOVELL 5. How do I do it on Novell side?
