Installing sco unix via smartstart
Version 4.6 of smartstart allow sco to be installed quickly and without the need to floppy disk. However with each new release of smartstart the process of installing sco becomes more painful.
V4.6 now does not work with the newer models ml330, we were hoping that v5 of smartstart would address issues of the past, however it is just as bad as 4.9.
The main problems with smartstart now are the requirement to use many floppy disk to load sco, and the inability to restart the install process. I was interrupted during the install and now have a server that will not even commence smart start install.
