Integrated Lights - Out 2 Remote Console
Hi there,
Anyone able to help this issue
I am having issues with HP integrated Lights out 2 Remote console Java console error.
plugin : 11.191.2.12x86
using JRE version 1.8.0-191-b 12 Java Hotspot(TM) Client VM
user home directory = C: path
unable to launch the Remote console, upgraded the ILO firmware to 2.33 the latest one no luck
Made changes on the Java settings just to Allow 1.1 TLS no luck
anyone can able to tell me what version of IE recommended and that version of Java application accepted in order to log in to the remote console?
IE version: 11.125.16299.0

Hope this helps!

Re: Integrated Lights - Out 2 Remote Console
Hello,
Regarding the ILO2 JAVA issue
Please folow the below recomandation in order to solve the issue :
CUSTOMER ADVISORY
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c04818378
go to the Security tab and try lowering the Security level. Also click on "Restore Security Prompts".
- make sure to have the last JDK version
- make sure to disable any addblocker/scriptblocker in the browser for your ILO site
- make sure to add the site in the Java Security Exception list under Security in Java Control Panel
- make sure TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are disabled under Advanced Tab in Java Control Panel
- open in your firewal/firewalls port 17990 which is the default port for Remote Console Port
- open in your firewal/firewalls port 17988 which is the default port for Virtual Media Port
