Intelligent Networking Pack Retired - Replacement???

What do we use instead of the Intelligent Networking Pack now its been retired? The utility still requires a license key for advanced options.

Something called Insight Control Management is being introduced, which will phase out PMP (performance management pack), VPM (Vulnerability and Patch Management) & no longer will be available stand alone.

Also INP (intelligent networking pack) & WMP (Workload Management Pack) will be discontinued.

Its says INP will be discontinued but does not specify what will replace it.

I've gone through it as well. It seems to me like there is no replacement for it. The NCU (NIC teaming) software is the only one that can be used - with limited options I guess.
