I used Intelligent Provisioning (upgraded to latest version 1.40) to install Windows Server 2008 R2. I checked Customized Configuration to allow System Partition sizing.
The install begins correctly and Windows installation starts I get the following error message :
The following answer file could not be located C:\autounattend.xml
and the installation stops.
Many thanks for some help.

Re: Intelligent Provisioning ProLiant DL360p Gen8
Hi,
This is generally seen on gen8 server that use custom install method and has special characters, hence p lease check if any special characters are used in Company Name , Organization Name and Owner Name in the OS information section.
Thanks & regards,
Lincy

SolutionHello ,
Please try to avoid special charachters (& , _ etc) in your Company Name , Organization Name and Owner Name in the OS information section. You can add them later if needed at all!
this should help or at least helped by some customers of mine!
i hope it will work also for you!
I am Hp employee

Re: Intelligent Provisioning ProLiant DL360p Gen8
I had the exact same issue on a DL320e Gen8.
Spent almost 2 days as I ended up deleting array and recreating and trying all different options untill I found this post.
The Organisation name has an '&' in it and I kept the computer name simple - to be changed later.
Glad at least the install is proceeding
thanks

Re: Intelligent Provisioning ProLiant DL360p Gen8
I've brought this issue to the attention of the Intelligent Provisioning team. It will be fixed in a future release.
