Hello
i bought new hp dl360 gen10 server and i have 2 problems with it.
1- i did the firmware update but when i enter the intelligent provisionning he told me that i need to reinstall it, i did that but still i have this notification.
2- when im installing win server 2016 he can't see the hard disks or the RAID config that i made on the server (we couldn'tfind any driver.to get a storage drivers click load driver) and also the IP express OS installation can't proceed with the installation.

Re: Intelligent provisioning
Hi Hasanj,
1. Could you please share what is the exact notification? A screenshot would help.
Try updating the SPP for the server and if you have already updated, you can compare the latest firmware installed on the server from iLO page or during POST and UEFI system utilities.
If Intelligent Provisioning is not updated, download and update it from https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_49c1286bcd954376a00d0484e8.
2. We need to know the controller being used to connect the hard drives.
Assuming the controller S100i SR Gen10, please follow the article https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-a00036381en_us.
The drivers for S100i SR Gen10 are available to download at https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=1010093150&swItemId=MTX_16d787338ac1492fab47e5545e&swEnvOid=4184.
If any add on Smart Array Controller is installed, then the drivers are available at https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=1010093150&swItemId=MTX_5e75fa313d5342d498bff6df6e&swEnvOid=4184.
Regards,
KK
