Interesting. can anyone explain
We have an HP storageworks x1800 and just recently added two new drives to the machine. notice HP acu it shows two drives in same box.

Hi,
I am no expert on this storage box, but have some suggestions.
1. Try with a different version of ACU.
2. Switch off the box and reseat all the hard drives into their own bay's.
3. Reseat the SAS/SATA cables inside the box.
4. See if the controller or hard drives need any firmware updates.
