Intermittent Connection
I recently upgraded a DL385 Gen 7 from Windows 2003 to 2008 R2. The connection to the switch is intermittent. The 2003 platform never experienced this issue. I've tried the latest broadcom drivers, auto negotiate switching cables...nothing works.

It's a Cisco switch. When our network engineer tries to delete the MAC address from his table it won't let him.
