Intermittent failure of BMC(ILO) in DL145G2

Hi,
We are trying to setup a Linux XC cluster with DL385 as head node and few DL145G2 as computing node. During the cluster preparation DL145G2 fails to takeup through ILO and i am unable to see the ILO settings in BIOS and BMC firmware version becomes unknown. When remove the power cable and power on the machines i get back the ILO settings and BMC. I have the latest BIOS(2.16A) and BMC firmware version(1.23) loaded in the machines.

could anyone suggesst on this?
