Intermodule bus Error on Compaq ML570

Hi:
We have a Compaq ML570 Server running Windows 2000 SP4. The server is all current - BIOS, FW and Support pack.

Problem:
It reboots by itself randomly at least 2-3 times a week. the HP Integrated Management log viewer message:
Unrecoverable Intermodule bus error (Error 0x00000000).

Windows event log (system)
the system has encountered a non-maskable interupt (NMI) prior to this boot. The NMI Source was Intermodule bus error 0x0.

We have already replaced the system board and the problem still continues.

Any ideas ??

What are the PCI cards installed in the server? If there are any optional PCI cards such as RILO Board remove them and check.

Also having the same problem with Same exact server and OS. No additional PCI riser cards. We had our system board replaced around 9 months ago.

Intermodule Bus Errors are usually caused by faulty system board.

I am also getting sporadic reboots on ML570 box. Before it was showing PCI Bus errer (Fibre channel), we replaced the system board and FC HBA. Now it's showing Intermodule bus error exactly like yours. Still not sure what is causing the problem.
