Internal DLT 40/80

I ordered a CL380 with an internal 40/80 DLT tape for each node(CPQ 146196-B21). Now when I attempt to install it, the supplied rails are different, and even if I take those off the mounting holes on the drive and cage are in different places. Also, the drive is a bit long to fit other than if I move the CD to the bottom. How do I mount this drive internally?

Thanks

Re: Internal DLT 40/80

Seems that I was overlooking the mounting holes on the bottom of the chassis that hopefully match up to the bottom of the DLT... Even so, I am going to have to move the cable tie-down points inside the bay to fit this drive. Has anyone else needed to do this?

Thanks again,
Jeff

Yes, they will be in the way and you will need to remove them. Four screws are used on the bottom of the server to hold the tape drive in place.
