Re: Internal Health LED red made changes wont work
Hi,
To resolve this issue, replace the power supply backplane (spare part number: 413144-001). Also, make sure that the replaced power supply spare part number is 403781-001 ).
Regards,
Murali Mohan

Re: Internal Health LED red made changes wont work
Hi.. I have suggested replacing the “Power Supply Backplane” not the power supply.
Refer the “HP ProLiant ML350 Generation 5 Server Maintenance and Service Guide” to identify the parts:
http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c00708990/c00708990.pdf
Refer page number 19 for “System components” part number 16 for power supply backplane and number 14 for power supply.
Power supply backplane spare part number: 413144-001
And, fyi... Power supply spare part number: 403781-001
Hope I am able to explain it properly.

Also, refer page number 64 of "HP ProLiant ML350 Generation 5 Server Maintenance and Service Guide" for Power supply backplane "Removal and replacement procedures"

Re: Internal Health LED red made changes wont work
What happens if you swap PPM1 with PPM2?
Does the fault follow the PPM or stay with the PPM socket.
That should narrow it down a bit more...
