Internal SCSI Controller not discovered under NT

We have just purchased two ML570R Servers.
Disks are controlled by a 3200 SMART Array Controller with Internal Cage A on Port 1 (3200), external storage on Port 2 of the 3200. Cage B (unused) is on Port 1 of the Integrated SCSI Controller, and a 35/70 (Compaq DL7000) DLT is connected to Port 2 of the Integrated SCSI Controller.
All disks operate correctly. At boot, the DLT is correctly identified (SCSI ID6), however it is not available under NT (4 Svr, SP6a). Looking at the SCSI Controllers listed under NT, only the Compaq Drive Array, and IDE controllers are listed, the Integrated SCSI Controllers are not.

We use this configuration on several 5500R and 6400R's without issue, and this issue is the same on both ML570s.
Any help on how I may add the Integrated SCSI Controllers under NT would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Re: Internal SCSI Controller not discovered under NT

Do you have the SCSI Device Driver loaded for the Integrated SCSI Controller ?

Do you have the Tape Driver loaded for the Tape Drive ?

Are you using a Backup Software (i.e Arcserve , Backup Exec ) ?

Re: Internal SCSI Controller not discovered under NT

Have you loaded our NT 4.0 SSD? Nt 4.0 does not have current drivers for the embedded SCSI controller and since you can NOT setup more than two controller during the install of NT, you have to load this after NT is up...
