Is my 3.20GHZ/2MB L2/800MHZ FSB 64 bit or 32 bit?

Hi,
I have a INTEL XEON PROCESSOR 3.20GHZ/2MB L2/800MHZ FSB and was wondering if i need 64 bit or 32 bit copy of windows server 2003?

All The Intel Xeon Based Processor is Based on 64 bit Architecture . Inclusive of 3000,5000 & 7000 Series Processor.

-Would Support both 64 Bit & 32 Bit Operating System . The Processor would best work on 64 bit Operating System.

-Details of Supported Operating System for the Specs you Mentioned:-

-But You would have to Confirm Whether the Server Specs Recommends the Installation of that Operating System

- You Can Verify the Supported Operating System For Hp Servers / Workstation from The Server Quick Specs for that Server
