Is this server quad core upgradeable?

if not you can call HP support they will give the answer right away about your server quad core support

or also of you can open the server and check the spare number you can find if your server is quad core capable

That's a DL380G5 with a Xeon 5140, product number 430028-005.

Unfortunately I can't find a way to know if it's carrying the 407749-001 or the 436526-001 motherboard. Only the last one supports 52xx, 53xx and 54xx processors.
