Issue download SPP 2015.04

Hi,

We bought an HP HP DL360p Gen8 E5-2640 Base EU Reman Svr, I've linked the warranty with my ID and i can see it on the Support Center:

But everytime I try to download the 2015 SPP ISO, browser says I must have an active warranty. Login done, different browser done, different line done, where I'm wrong? I'm missing something maybe...

You will probably need to call HP support to resolve this one

Done, chat support gave me a temporary storage link to download the 2015 SPP

Mail support gave the official link to download 2014.06 SPP... despite I wrote I had issue with 2015 SPP :)
