Issues with Proliant ML310 G5

Identical servers running Windows 2K server.
On one, USB ports work, on other, they don't. Verified all cabling and connections. System doesn't see them. Where can I find drivers for Win2K server for built-in USB ports?

I need to add a sound card. Which sound card has the PCI-X interface AND win2K drivers that is supported in these servers? I got some that supported PCI-X, but they don't make drivers for Win2K server.
