HP DL380 support jumbo frame? How to able it & disable?

Jumbo frames is a NIC and OS network feature. You should check within the network driver within your OS or search for references ot the NIC that you use on the DL380. The built in NICs are usually Broadcomm , the add-on NICs can be Bcomm or Intel.

Also the physical switch and whatever is at the other end needs to be configured for it as well. If this is for vmware iSCSI, the switch needs 4 bytes more than the host i.e. 9000 bytes on the switch, 8996 on the host.
