KVM - LOCK UP DURING SMARTSTART LOADING

Attached the keyboard, mouse and monitor to the kvm box. During the Smart Start loading error "mouse not detected" and the system freeze. If keyboard,mouse,monitor directly connected to system the smart start loaded k. Try latest smart start 5.0 and systemrom. Any advice or recommend. Thanks.

I am having the same problem. I am using an older model raritan KVM. I tried changing out servers with exact same hardware and still getting lock up. I have not flashed the bios yet. I have used smart start 5.0 and 5.1. It did work briefly and I was able to get further into smart start but when it had to reboot I got same error. If you have found a resolution please post it here, thanks.
