how to connect the server HP DL360G7 to the KVM PS/2? 

server has only USB ports

You can get PS/2 to USB converters.

But question is, do you want to use KVM switchs in the future?

Depending on the size of your installation, why not have a table with weels, and a flatpanel monitot, a USB keybord and mouse.

Also how is you current solution?, newer KVM's got both ps/2 and USB.

Don't expect to see ps/s in the future.

The DL380 G7 has PS/2 mouse and keyboard connectors. The DL380 Gen 8 only has USB ports

Depending on the KVM you need connections that have video and USB instead of video and PS/2
