Kernel-Power critical issue (reboot) on DL380 G6 under Win2k8R2
We bought 2 identical servers (DL380G6).
All service packs and patches from HP have been applied. Sometimes, one of them just decides to shutdown without any warning. Our Active Directory domain controllers are VM's under Hyper-V on these two servers, so, it's not good for us. Have done some research on the net about this. The only threads about that problem were about Advanced Power Settings in the BIOS which should be set to no-c-states, but even that hasn't fix the problem.
The System event log message is: Event Id 41 Source Kernel-Power Category 63. Anyone having a clue about it?

Re: Kernel-Power critical issue (reboot) on DL380 G6 under Win2k8R2
I am having the exact same issue, but with my DL360 G6 just restarting. We changed the bios setting to "no-c-states" and it was GOOD for a few days. Now randomly, the problem occurs.
