L5640 CPU Options - DL160 / 360 / 380

I'm just spec'ing some new servers and have been looking at options via HP Product Bulletin.

The DL160 G6 can be spec'd with the new Xeon L5640 CPU as a CTO option.

However, the L5640 CPU isn't listed as an option on the DL360 or DL380 G6.

Any known reason why? Would be nice to have a 60 watt TDP 6 core CPU in the DL360...
