LED indicators
The ProLiant DL580 (rackmount) server has many LED status indicators. Most are noted and their functions described. On the Power Backplane Board (assembly 010624-001, spare part number 161452-001) deep in the center of the box (between the power supplies and the PCI slot part of the system I/O board) are two LED indicators; one is green and one is blue. I have looked at every tech pub I can find, and not one mentions the LEDs on the Power Backplane Board, let alone their functions. Can you find out what these LEDs are for and what they mean? It's the first time I've ever seen a blue LED on a circuit board; it's very pretty, but it's driving me crazy. Any light you could shed on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you, Dennis.

Re: LED indicators
hi dennis...the green one indicates power to the backplane board and its functionality..the blue one indicates power flow to the motherbaord is stable and functioning
