LED's don't blink on iLO port

Hi, I have ML570 G3 server connected to the network but the led's are not blinking. I have made sure I set a static IP address and enabled iLO and pressed F10 but the led's are not on.
But when I plug a laptop to the iLO port, the led's are blinking. can anyone advise what I might be doing wrong. thanks

is ilo connecting? is networking working?

The iLO led's are not flashing. Also when I connected the NICS to the network, I see lots of transmit errors on the stats for those NICS

what's the status for ilo in system management homepage?

most important can you ping? can you remote ilo? do you get F8 for ilo during POST? have you tried setting the IP settings again?


for the NICs
have you installed latest drivers?
are you using network configuration utility(any NIC teaming )?
